Can u suggest sum food chart for hyperthyroid? i have lost 11 kgs in 2 months

    Your weight is control after thyroid is controlled with medication, treatment, diet & exercise. The weight loss is commonly happen in thyroid, so you should include more of carbohydrates rich foods like whole wheat, bajra, nachani, & all whole grains etc., more of protein in diet in form of milk, curd, paneer, butter milk etc.,less intake of oil. Avoid junk food, oily food. Avoid cabbage, broccoli, spinach, peaches, pears, strawberries. Eat a healthy & balanced diet for weight gain in hyperthyroid.
